My name is Chad Sharp. I have been in the music industry for almost 15 years. I specialize in recording songwriting demos. I have written and recorded songs in almost every style. I have worked with songwriters and singers to help them get top-notch CD's and demos recorded. I offer a complete Songwriter Demo Service. I am a songwriter and producer and work to create original work with each project.
If you plan on sending your songs to publishers or labels, you need to have a high quality recording. I have a diploma in audio engineering and music production from The Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, OH. I have had songs I produced used on MTV, CMT, PBS, USA, HBO, Discovery and others. I have written and recorded hundreds of songs.

Professional Song Demo Rates:
Basic Keyboard/Vocal Demo: $350.00
Fully Produced Demo - Music Tracks, no Vocals: $450.00 per song
Fully Produced Demo with Vocalist: Starting at $500 per song.
Additional recording/mixing: $60 per hour
Mastering: $85/hour

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Decide which song you want or need a demo for. It is always a good idea to get a professional song critique before you spend money on your demo.
2. Send me either a rough recording of your words and melody or just the words. I can work with what you have, or I can create catchy melodies and songs from just your lyrics.
3. Let me know what style and tempo you want your song to be. You can also choose if you want a male or female to sing the song. You can also tell me if you want it to be like a certain artist. I will do my best to find a vocalist for you. See pricing above.
4. Send me payment for the song. You can mail a money order, or I can invoice you online and you can pay with a credit card.
5. I will get to work on your song. It usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete each song....usually around 2 weeks....depends on scheduling and other projects.
6. When it is finished I can email you an mp3 file. I will also send you a CD with the full mix and also a performance track that does not have the vocals on it.
The rates include 1 mixdown of your song. Any revisions will be billed hourly and may require additional vocalist fees.
